Tasked with performing qualitative and quantitative research to determine the most appropriate data visualizations and capabilities for mission operations engineers to conduct Europa Clipper spacecraft trending and analysis during space flight. Through user interviews, literature reviews, and design sessions gained mission operation engineers insights to identify research problems, and then produce user experience maps, storyboards and low fidelity prototypes of solutions.
